Housing a group is not settled the same way as a single stopover night. The constraint is no longer distance to the terminals but whether one property can take everyone under a single roof, with a room to meet in. Six addresses in Beauvais meet both conditions.

Choosing by the nature of the event
Conference with participants arriving by air
Favour the airport area to avoid transfers. Elema Hotels offers the largest stock in this guide with 79 rooms and suites, an à la carte restaurant and meeting space on site, 2.5 km from the terminals. The Originals City is the best-rated alternative in the area, with 73 rooms and a conference room.
Business meeting in town
The Mercure Centre Cathédrale is the only four-star in Beauvais and the best rating in this guide, with 83 rooms, suites with a lounge and a terrace over the canal. It is the choice that holds up if you are receiving clients or partners.
Coach party or tight budget
The properties on the southern road stay markedly cheaper at comparable capacity. The Campanile offers 70 rooms from €62, the ibis Styles 60 rooms and four modular meeting rooms, and the Kyriad Sud 48 rooms from €64. All have parking, which matters for a coach.
